Ann Hutchison has a diverse and accomplished legal background. Ann has practiced law since 1986 and has extensive experience in both transactional and litigation matters. She has practiced law in Colorado, Arizona and Wisconsin, resulting in a unique breadth of experience.

Ann has lived with her family near Vail, Colorado since 1995, where her practice has focused on estate planning, real estate and land development law. Ann has represented land developers through the planning, land acquisition, entitlement, development and sale of inventory phases. She has also represented many individual buyers and sellers of real estate in the Vail Valley, which representation included review of title commitments and resolution of title issues. As a longtime resident of the Vail Valley, Ann understands the unique and varied aspects of real estate legal issues in the mountains and resort communities.
